A hands-on pasta workshop led by Italian chef Luca. Learn to make fresh pasta and sauces from scratch, exploring shapes and styles from across Italy. You’ll cook, eat, and leave knowing the fundamentals to recreate it at home.
Pasta workshop with Luca
A step-by-step cooking session covering three different types of pasta and sauces from regions across Italy. Options include gnocchi, tagliatelle, orecchiette, cavatelli, fusilli, ravioli, and spaghetti. All ingredients are provided, with some sauces pre-prepared so you can see the final result. Luca brings all equipment, guides the group through each stage, and handles full setup and clean-up.

Guest to Provide
Kitchen details (hob, oven capacity, worktop space, dishwasher), fridge/freezer space, and a parking space to unload equipment. Drinks must be supplied by guests. Photos of the dining table are useful for preparation.
