Big Green Egg Masterclass

1 to 6 guestsComes to You

Learn to cook confidently on a ceramic BBQ or open-fire setup in this full-day class taught at your accommodation. Your host shows you how to light and control heat, then guides you through six core techniques — reverse searing, searing on different surfaces, cooking “dirty,” plancha cooking, baking and pan cooking. Across the session you’ll prepare eight dishes, taste throughout, and build the skills to repeat everything at home. Equipment can be brought to you if needed, and the day is structured so you do the cooking with step-by-step support.
