Three-course fine-dining dinner
£94 / per guest · 3 hr
Overview
I cook a restaurant-quality dinner in the kitchen of your Cotswolds stay, so you can stay at the table while I take care of everything. Most evenings run to three or more courses of fine dining, built around the best seasonal produce and finished with a few of our award winning chocolates. I plan the menu with you first, shop for the ingredients, cook and serve, then leave the kitchen exactly as I found it. Bespoke menus are my favourite part, whether that means a celebration feast, a relaxed family supper, or careful cooking around allergies, keto or vegan.

Before you book
I just need access to the kitchen at your stay, with an oven and hob and worktop space to work from, plus the dining table and crockery already at the stay. Let me know about any allergies or dietary needs when we plan the menu.
I bring the planned menu, all the ingredients, my own knives and key equipment, and the finishing touches like our own chocolates. I cook, plate and serve, then clean down and reset the kitchen before I leave.
Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before the start date. No refund if you cancel within 14 days.

I trained in hotel kitchens from the early 1990s and held head chef roles at respected restaurants, including time spent opening new kitchens and working alongside some of the country's best-known chefs. My partner came up through patisserie, trained under leading pastry chefs and has won awards for chocolate work. Together that's over sixty years across five-star hotels and rosette kitchens, now brought to private tables in the Cotswolds.
