In-stay housekeeping and laundry
Discreet housekeeping for private stays and luxury homes across the Cotswolds, keeping the house calm, ordered and beautifully cared for. Our employed, fully insured team can support with daily cleaning, tidying, fresh towels, made beds and quiet resets of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living spaces, using carefully selected eco-friendly products.
We work around the rhythm of your stay, with the discretion expected in high-end private homes. Linen can also be managed end to end, from stripping beds and laundering to pressing, returning and making up fresh. From a daily tidy to a mid-stay refresh, full changeover or regular support, each arrangement is shaped around you, your guests and the way you use the house.

Things to know
Guest to provide
Just access to the house and the linen cupboard. If you would like your own linen laundered, let us know how many sets you have so we can plan the turnaround. Everything else is on us.
Provided by Nic
We bring everything needed to get your home guest-ready: our own eco-friendly products, cloths and equipment, and a careful eye for detail. For linen, we collect it, wash, launder and press it, then return and make the beds up fresh.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before the start date. No refund if you cancel within 14 days.

Hi, I'm Nic. My husband and I run a housekeeping and laundry service across the Cotswolds, trusted with some of the area's most beautiful private homes. Our team is employed, trained and held to a high standard. We bring our own eco-friendly products and work with discretion and care. We know the luxury is in the finish: crisp pressed linen, well-made beds and immaculate bathrooms.

My background and experience
With years of experience looking after some of the Cotswolds' most beautiful homes, we understand the level of care, discretion and consistency that premium stays require. Our team is fully employed, properly trained and covered by full insurance, so you can be confident your home is in safe, capable hands. We are also developing our own in-house laundry service, giving us greater control over linen quality, turnaround and flexibility, including same-day support when needed.
