Comfortable clothing suitable for lying down and relaxing. You are welcome to bring a personal cushion or eye pillow if preferred.

Mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows. All instruments required for the session, including crystal singing bowls and supporting sound elements.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before the start date. No refund if you cancel within 14 days.
