Fresh Pasta Masterclass with Ed

Overview

Roll the pasta yourself, then sit down and eat it

I come to the kitchen of your stay and we make fresh pasta together from scratch. You mix and knead the egg dough, rest it, then roll and cut it by hand, and I show you the shapes as we go. Once the trays are full I take over and cook what you have made into a three course meal, so you sit down to eat your own pasta. No experience needed. It suits families, friends and anyone who likes learning by doing, and you leave able to make it again at home.
