Inside

The ground floor is arranged in an open-plan layout with wide oak floors and a relaxed seating area flowing into the dining space and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking or longer stays, with generous work surfaces and natural light creating a welcoming, sociable atmosphere.
On the first floor, the master bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom and calm, neutral styling. A second twin bedroom also benefits from an en-suite. The family bathroom, complete with bath and full-height shower, serves the additional twin bedroom.
The top-floor twin bedroom is set beneath oak beams and enjoys far-reaching countryside views towards Daylesford. Throughout the cottage, furnishings are simple and comfortable, with crisp linens and understated detailing.

Outside

French doors open from the living space onto a private terrace furnished with a dining table, chairs and BBQ. It is an easy space for outdoor meals or quiet evenings.
Beyond the terrace, guests have use of the estate’s landscaped gardens, which include sculptures and seating areas. Shared facilities at Kingham Cottages include a heated indoor swimming pool, tennis court and the Moorish Pavilion with its traditional hammam-style Turkish bath.
