Ryeworth Cottage is the most spacious of the five Kingham Cottages, designed for easy gatherings and comfortable family stays. Generous living areas, thoughtful layout and access to shared spa-style facilities make it a well-balanced countryside base.

Inside

The ground floor centres around a large open-plan kitchen and sitting room laid with traditional flagstone floors. Comfortable sofas gather around an open fireplace, creating a warm and sociable space for evenings in.
The oak kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a four-door electric AGA, an additional built-in double oven and ample preparation space. A breakfast table sits beside French doors that open directly onto the terrace and garden, making indoor–outdoor living effortless in warmer months.
Upstairs are three bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with its own en-suite, and a second twin room served by a family bathroom with both bath and shower. The rooms are styled simply with soft linens and natural tones.
A basement playroom and family room provides additional living space, complete with large flat-screen TV (Wi-Fi and FreeSat), sofas and games — an ideal retreat for children or relaxed film nights.

Outside

French doors open onto a private furnished terrace with barbecue, overlooking a lawned garden. Guests also enjoy access to the wider landscaped grounds shared by the Kingham Cottages, dotted with sculptures and quiet seating areas.
Shared facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, tennis court and the distinctive Moorish Pavilion, home to a traditional hammam-style Turkish bath.
