About
About
Starose Barn is a newly converted contemporary barn set within the grounds of Crucis Park, just outside Cirencester. Professionally designed throughout, it offers generous proportions, clean modern lines and a light-filled interior framed by panoramic countryside views.
Inside
The heart of the barn is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. Underfloor heating and a wood burner create warmth and comfort, while floor-to-ceiling patio doors flood the room with natural light and open directly onto the terrace.
The high-spec kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge and freezer, double oven, hob, dishwasher, ice machine and Nespresso machine. A separate utility room includes a washer and dryer, and there is a boot room and downstairs WC for practicality.
A dedicated cinema room with adjoining bar provides a separate space for evenings together. Upstairs are four double bedrooms, all en-suite, alongside a spacious master suite with a large bathroom and dressing area, creating privacy and comfort for larger groups.
Outside
The terrace and lawned garden overlook open countryside and offer a peaceful setting for outdoor living. There is outdoor dining furniture, a trampoline and a charcoal BBQ (charcoal not provided). The garden is not yet fully enclosed.
Parking is available for up to six cars, with an EV charging point on site. Starose Barn sits beside Vanhall Barn, and both properties may be rented together subject to availability.
