Inside
The ground floor is arranged around three generous reception spaces. A large sitting room with wood-burning stove provides a warm and inviting focal point, while an equally spacious dining room opens through double doors onto the terrace, creating a natural flow between indoors and out. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for practical self-catering, complemented by underfloor heating and high-speed internet throughout the property. A hallway by the back door and a separate WC complete the ground floor layout. On the first floor are two substantial bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. One features an en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and large shower, while the second is served by a well-appointed family bathroom. The second floor offers two further bedrooms, each configurable as either doubles or twins, providing flexibility for families or groups. All bedrooms are dressed with 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen, down duvets, feather pillows and pocket-sprung mattresses. Bathrooms are stocked with Egyptian cotton towels and Rituals toiletries.
Outside
The house is set within its own lawned garden with fruit trees, offering space for outdoor relaxation. A terraced area with dining table and barbecue provides an ideal setting for alfresco meals. Guests are invited to roam the wider Stancombe Park estate, excluding the private gardens of other rented properties and the grounds surrounding the owner’s residence.
