Inside
The Barn is a stylish self-catering conversion designed for comfort and sociable living. The vaulted drawing room provides a dramatic central space, complemented by a gallery study above. The large kitchen dining room comfortably seats fourteen and opens directly onto the water garden, encouraging easy indoor–outdoor flow.
Six individually styled en-suite bedrooms are located within the Barn, four of which can be configured as twins. Themes range from elegant to bold, blending contemporary finishes with Cotswold warmth. The self-contained Cow Byre adds a further en-suite double bedroom, offering flexibility and privacy within the overall layout.
Outside
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool from April to October, along with a hot tub set within the landscaped grounds. The water garden creates a peaceful focal point, while the tennis court is available on a shared basis if the entire estate is not rented.
