Set within the village of Temple Guiting in Gloucestershire, the estate brings together a collection of restored period buildings arranged around landscaped grounds. When hired exclusively, guests have sole use of the manor house, barns and cottages, creating a private setting suited to multi-generational stays, milestone celebrations and smaller weddings.
The estate accommodates up to 32 guests in 15 bedrooms, excluding babies in cots, with capacity for three additional children on sofa beds. Wedding receptions may be hosted within the house or grounds for up to 34 guests. Marquees are not permitted.

Inside

The five-bedroom Manor House forms the heart of the estate and includes a dining room seating up to 34 guests. An attic twin family link bedroom allows for two additional single beds.
The Barn provides six bedrooms, while the Granary offers three en-suite double bedrooms along with its own kitchen, dining and sitting room. The Cow Byre Cottage includes a double bedroom, shower room, kitchen and dining-cum-sitting room. The Peacock Shed Cottage provides a further double bedroom with shower room and kitchenette.
Together, the buildings offer both shared entertaining spaces and private corners, allowing groups to gather comfortably while retaining flexibility.

Outside

The estate grounds include an outdoor heated seasonal swimming pool, two hot tubs and an all-weather tennis court for exclusive guest use. A gated private boating lake adds a distinctive feature to the landscape.
The layout of the grounds makes it suitable for intimate wedding receptions and larger family events, while maintaining a sense of privacy and rural calm.
