About

About

The Lodge is a distinctive and secluded country property designed to function as your own private “hotel,” blending Cotswold stone character with contemporary comfort. It offers space for both quiet downtime and special celebrations, with breakfast prepared each morning and further catering available on request. Eleven individually designed bedroom suites sleep up to twenty-four guests, making the house well suited to extended families, retreats, and milestone gatherings.

Inside

The interior is arranged around generous and well-appointed reception areas. A grand hall leads into a superb dining and breakfast room and three separate reception rooms, including an elegant double drawing room. Each bedroom suite is individually furnished and features crisp beds, remote control beds, coffee-making facilities, and in-room entertainment. The kitchen is staff-only, supporting the hosted nature of the stay and allowing the house to function much like a boutique hotel.

Outside

The Lodge sits within private, secluded gardens that wrap around an enclosed courtyard equipped with barbecue facilities for warmer months. Beyond the formal grounds lie 27 acres of private woodland, offering quiet walks straight from the door. A first-floor roof terrace and adjoining Terrace Lounge provide sweeping views over the surrounding countryside, and there is ample parking throughout the estate.

Find the house

The Lodge is moments from Winchcombe, known for its independent shops, cafés, and the historic Sudeley Castle. The area is an excellent base for exploring the wider Cotswolds, with Cheltenham — home to celebrated festivals and its racecourse — nearby. Gloucester and the South West are also within easy reach.
