Open fires in the principal ground floor rooms bring warmth throughout the seasons. The kitchen, with its traditional AGA alongside a modern electric oven, is designed for relaxed cooking and informal breakfasts. Adjacent is a sheltered Italian courtyard garden, an inviting space in the evening with its log burner, soft lighting, and fountain. Accommodation comprises eight bedrooms and five bathrooms, two of them en suite, with the option to configure a ninth twin bedroom. The layout works equally well for family stays, celebrations, and corporate retreats, with scope to use ancillary spaces and the nearby Somerset House barn for larger indoor gatherings.

The grounds extend across approximately nine acres of formal gardens, lawned terraces, and pasture. Mature trees, colourful borders, and manicured lawns create a private setting with uninterrupted views across the surrounding countryside. The seasonal swimming pool is open from May to October, and a hot tub can be arranged if desired. Private garden tours led by a former Head Gardener at Kew can also be organised. Tormarton lies in the South Gloucestershire countryside, close to the Badminton Estate, approximately 11 miles from Bath, 14 miles from Bristol, and just over a mile from Junction 18 of the M4. Chippenham station offers direct trains to London Paddington in around one hour and 10 minutes, while Bristol Airport is 22 miles away and Heathrow approximately 90 miles.
