Multiple reception rooms offer room to spread out — drawing room, sitting room, snug, family morning room, and a large kitchen–breakfast room. A long external games barn provides extra space for play, exercise, and rainy-day activities.
Inside
The house is arranged for families who want generous, comfortable living. Four reception rooms sit alongside the large kitchen–breakfast room, creating easy flow for groups. The games barn gives children and adults their own space, equipped with a weight bench, free weights, and a Peloton bike. The atmosphere throughout is informal and practical, with everything set up for straightforward days at home.
Outside
The garden is designed for family use: large lawns, outdoor play areas, and an all-weather tennis court. A kitchen garden sits close to the house, and the setting feels quiet and rural with long views over fields. The on-site maintenance and gardening couple live in a separate building near the tennis court and can provide additional housekeeping at an hourly rate if required.
