The ground floor is open plan, with oak flooring running throughout the main living space. A generous sitting area is centred around an open fireplace, creating a warm focal point for evenings in. French doors lead directly onto the private terrace, bringing in natural light throughout the day.

The adjoining kitchen is fully fitted and practical, with oven, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, alongside all essential cookware. The dining area sits within a bright conservatory overlooking the garden, seating up to seven and offering a light-filled setting for relaxed meals.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a four-poster bed and its own en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can be arranged as twins or a king and is served by a spacious separate bathroom. Soft linens and simple detailing give each room a restful, understated feel. FreeSat television and broadband Wi-Fi are included, and family-friendly items such as a travel cot and high chair are available on request.
