About the space
Vaulted ceilings inside, a hedged orchard garden
Inside
The ground floor centres around a generous open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Natural light filters through wide windows, giving the space an easy sense of openness. The kitchen is bespoke and Shaker-style, equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and all essential cookware. The dining table seats six comfortably. An adjoining snug offers a quieter space with a sofa bed, suitable for two additional guests. It works equally well as a television room or reading retreat. Upstairs are two en-suite bedrooms finished with Egyptian cotton linens and soft, neutral tones. Each bathroom includes a bath, rainfall shower and heated towel rail. Underfloor heating runs throughout the barn, maintaining steady warmth year-round. Fast broadband, streaming-enabled television and Bluetooth speakers support longer stays without compromising the rural atmosphere.
Outside
French doors open onto a private enclosed garden bordered by hedging, with orchard and field views beyond. The terrace is furnished for outdoor dining, suitable for relaxed summer evenings. Parking is secure and located directly beside the barn.
